Shari'ah Non-Compliance Risk (SNCR) & it's mitigation in IBIs

The Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance, IBA CEIF is offering a one-day interactive course on “Shari’ah Non-Compliance Risk (SNCR) & it’s mitigation in IBIs”.

The course sets out the concept of “Shari’ah Non-Compliance Risk (SNCR) in Islamic Banking and then moves on to the practical aspects of applying it with demonstrations of case studies on how to mitigate the said risk. The pertinent SBP circular & IFSB standard will also be discussed.
