February 27, 2021: Q&A Session with Prof. Dr. Ishrat Husain

Dr. Irum Saba (Assistant Professor & Program Director MS IBF, IBA) arranged Q & A session for MS students of Islamic banking and MS finance with Emeritus Prof. Dr. Ishrat Husain (Advisor to Prime Minister on Institutional Reforms and Austerity, and Chairman, Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance (CEIF)-IBA).

Prof. Dr. Ishrat Husain answered the queries of MS-Islamic Banking and MS Finance students and asked about their experience, background and the reasons for pursuing MS degree. He further elaborated with regards to student's questions related to Islamic finance's future, challenges faced by Islamic finance industry and role of the government. He also shed light on the future of Fintech, crypto currencies, economic growth and micro finance. In order to be successful in the Islamic financial world, he advised the students to adapt to the changing market dynamics and enhance their professional skills.
