Islamic Financing & Legal Documentation
The Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance, IBA is offering an intermediate level (interactive) course in "Islamic Financing & Legal Documentation" with the emphasis on practical side of Islamic banking.
The course will shed light on various modes of Islamic Finance and the pertinent legal documentation involved in those modes as well as the related issues. Similarly specimen agreements or transactional documentation & process flows in relation to that particular Mode of Finance will be discussed.
