Innovative Islamic Finance Solutions and Sukuk

IBA Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance in collaboration with Dubai Islamic Bank Limited is offering a workshop on “Innovative Islamic Finance Solutions and Sukuk”. The workshop has been designed to provide the participants with the overview on Sukuk focusing on structuring and documentation.

The workshop aims to provide insights into Sharia compliant credit-enhancement techniques within Sukuk documentation along with broad based discussion on topics such as governance, legal & regulatory aspects, tradability and securitization. The workshop will further provide overview of the Innovative Islamic Structures being implemented in Islamic Banking & Finance industry. The trainer will enrich the classroom discussions with universal practices and cases studies.
