19th Oct, 2016: Launch of Advanced Certificate in AAOIFI Shariah Compliance

IBA Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance in Collaboration with Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Limited inaugurated the first course of the new Practitioner's Qualification Series on an "Advanced Certificate in AAOIFI Shariah Standards" on the 29th of October, 2016. Mr. Fawad Chashmawala, Unit Head Product Development and structuring, DIBPL, welcomed the participants of the course, Mr. Ahmed Ali Siddiqui, Director CEIF & Mufti Hassaan Kaleem, Resident Shariah Board Member, DIBPL inaugurated the session and provided an overview of the course and highlighted the benefit of the course for the participants. Mr. Zubair Haider Shaikh, Head of Corporate and Investment Banking and Cash Management, DIBPL appreciated the combined efforts of IBA CEIF and Dubai Islamic Bank and also stressed the audience to take maximum benefit from the six month unique training opportunity provided by IBA.
