Anatomy of Sukuk with Mr. Yavar Moini

IBA CEIF conducted an intermediate level Executive Learning Program on Sukuk, its various types and the risks associated with it. The course discussed the structures, documentations and processes of both global and local sukuk.

The program was conducted by Mr. Yavar Moini who is the Head of Islamic Solutions, Merchant Banking Group, Bank Alfalah Ltd. He was previously the Director of Islamic Banking at State Bank of Pakistan. He has a rich experience of working at EY's Islamic Banking Group and Morgan Stanley's Islamic Banking Division. He is also associated as Adjunct Faculty at IE Business School, Madrid.
