31st Jan, 2017: Round Table Session on "Pakistan Halaal Markets: Challenges, Risks and Regulatory Issues"

IBA Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance in collaboration with the Halaal Foundation conducted a Round Table Session on the topic "Pakistan Halaal Markets: Challenges, Risks and Regulatory Issues"on the 31st of January, 2017. The session focused on highlighting the key issues and barriers faced by businesses and organizations working within the Halaal Industry. The session was attended by a number of regulators and practitioners from different segments of the Halaal Industry, which included the food & beverages, apparel, pharmaceuticals and toiletries.
